Owners Carl Petitto OTR/L and William Peña PT, MS founded this therapist owned company in February 2004. They have 14 years of rehabilitation experience in various settings and patient populations. Adirondack Physical & Occupational Therapy, LLC is currently comprised of 23 staff members including physical and occupational therapists and assistants. In addition to general practice, Carl specializes in hand therapy for treatment of acute and chronic conditions of the elbow, forearm, wrist and hand. William specializes in manual therapy for the treatment of spinal, extremity and musculoskeletal injuries. He is also an adjunct professor at Clarkson University's Physical Therapy program. They provide both physical and occupational therapy services in offices located in Canton and Colton.

Adirondack Physical & Occupational Therapy, LLC also provides contractual services throughout New York State, spanning from as far north as Malone to as far south as Manhattan and Staten Island. Specifically in Northern New York, they provide rehabilitation services in a variety of settings. These include hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, correctional facilities and home healthcare in St. Lawrence, Jefferson and Franklin counties.
